How do I book a room?
Open the property you want and tap "Check availability". That starts a WhatsApp conversation with us, where we confirm the room is free for your dates and connect you with the property. There is no booking form to fill in.
Does it cost anything to use this site?
Browsing is free — every listing, photo and price, with no account to create. When you book, we add a 6% service fee on top of the room price, shown separately before you commit and payable only once the property confirms. Nothing is charged if they cannot take you.
What is the service fee, and who gets it?
It is 6% of the room price, added on top, and it is what pays for the platform. The property receives 100% of the rate they set — the fee is never cut out of their money, which is the whole difference between us and a site charging hotels 10–25% commission. One flat rate for everyone: no tiers, no seasons, no optional programmes that quietly raise it later.
Why book here instead of just turning up at the hotel?
Because turning up is a gamble and booking is not. When you book, the property confirms in writing that they have your room for your dates, you get a reference and your own page for it, and you can cancel free within 24 hours if that is more than 48 hours before check-in. If they go quiet, we chase them — you are not left calling a number nobody answers. Walking in gets you none of that, and if they are full you are back on the road looking. The 6% is what that costs, and you owe it only after they say yes.
Are the prices accurate?
They are the rates we recorded when we last visited or spoke to the property, shown as a range across room tiers. Hotels do change prices — especially over holidays and events — so treat the range as a reliable guide and confirm the exact rate when you message.
